I call it... "Paint Vomit"

- Was introduced to an amazing equine artist: Jennifer Mack
- Was searching allposters.com for horsie prints to go in newly redesigned living room
- Have not painted in months.
- Inspired by BFF's recent success with water colour.

The result?

Paint vomit!

I literally could not stop myself! I did 10 paintings in a matter of about an hour. Some of them are entirely ripped off Jennifer Mack's paintings and I take NO credit, but I had to do something and hers were right there. Some are my own design.

Normally my paintings are SO abstract (because I totally suck at realism). This is the most realistic I've painted in years! And it's in the medium I am least good at -- water colour!

Today's Fugly Horse Blog

This is Fugly Horse, a blog devoted to educating people about proper breeding mostly, but also about proper care and useage of horses. She does this by displaying problems she finds and pointing out why they are problems. She's also a great writer.

Today her article is about a man -- a LAWER -- in San Antonio Texas who believes the time is ripe to legalise horse tripping as a sport (because they do it in Mexico! And some of the horses actually get up after thye're tripped! Wow, that's a success story!). I may not live anywhere near Texas, but I still believe in trying to do what's best for horses and if this is the only part I can do, then so be it.

Spread the word around. This lawer welcomes comments, so leave one! But remember to be intelligent about it. Just calling him names won't do anything. And if you know anyone in San Antonio looking for a lawer, try to draw them away from this one (who participates in and promotes an illegal sport.)

Disney again!

I'm going to Walt Disney World again!!! This time with my boy, Johnny. We leave home in 4 days, drive to Maine and then on the 15th we fly to Orlando!!

We spend 8 nights in a Disney hotel, have a 9 day park hopper plus water parks and more option, we're seeing Cirque du Soleil... ahhhh I can't wait!!

So this is a photo blog. But since I am writing about a future event, I have no new photos. So I'll leave you with a photo I took last time.
